Web Orders & Bank Info

During the order process you will provide financial information such as your credit card number or bank information to a certified 3rd party processing center. This information is used on a single use basis for the purpose of order fulfillment. If we have trouble processing an order or need further clarification about the details of your order we may use your contact information to directly contact you. In rare cases we may need to share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for bill resolution.

The entire web ordering process is protected by an enhanced security system that can be read about on the 3rd parties' webpage. Currently we use Paypal for all our order processing. At no time do we, Luminous DIY, have access to your bank or credit card information.

 

Information Collection and Use

We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve them with follow up such order confirmation and order status updates. Information collected may include your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, and e-mail address. If you elect to receive our newsletter or special promotions, your contact information may be used for the delivery of these items. We are the sole owner of information collected on our site. We will not sell or share this information to any outside parties. Freight carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS will have limited access to your personal information during the shipping process.

 

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information, and we do not distribute or share IP information with any third parties.

 

Testimonials

By posting/emailing your comments or testimonials you give us permission to reprint or use such in connection with our business. It is at our sole discretion to reprint or freely use testimonials without providing any compensation for doing so. Testimonial may be included in any media, information or communication platform (including Internet advertising) currently in use or later developed. We will not publish private or sensitive customer information.
